Hello dear cousinssss

I'm back to my blogger!!
Here's the update of my life and whereabout......

I am currently at the Seattle airport now going on a trip to Japan and Korea!
Since this is a DIY trip, i'm pretty nervous but excited also!!
man ...i'm gonna be soooo tanned!

There's nothing special going on in my life right now other than just recently graduated from the university.

What should i do after i graduated? This question has been ponding in my mind since first year....

Kai suggested me to be his lifeguard saver in Miami where sharks wonder around.

any suggestions?

PS: I will see if i could post any pic once i get to Japan and i will try to keep y'all update

Dear diary:
Nothing new these days...except this passed friday, i had a nice Italian dinner w/my friend Brandon.
We had a long sometimes funny and sometimes very serious conversation.
During our conversation, i constantly received calls from my younger sister demanding to bring food and bbt for her.
Everything was perfectly fine until.....
On our way back home, my jeans got oil stained from my left over dinner, and i accidentally spilled bbt on the front seat while i was sitting on it.
That was very embarrassing.
When i got home i thought my embarrassing day was finally over..then the door bell rang.
It was Brandon holding my cell phone....

Bus drivers

After a long period of skyrocketing price in housing, gas, and goods, it finally goes down. However, the price is still high especially gas price! Therefore, i have been a big fan of busing around for quite a while. I realize how bus driver can really effect people's mood.

For example, today my mom dropped me off at the bus stop. My bus was already there waiting for its time to leave, and i was not far from it. When he saw me coming, he closed the door and left! That was really frustrating.

It was also really frustrating when you pull the bell and they forgot to open the door to drop you off even when you yelled " back door, back door please, BACK DOOR PLEASE SIR!!!!"

However, there was one driver who really made my day! He would say "hi how are you?" with a big smile to every single person who got on the bus even though it was quite late at night. He would also say " Goodbye, no problem, see you tomorrow" to people who got off the bus. I noticed that most of the people who were getting off the bus (including me) would deliberately goto the front door and say "goodbye" and "thank you" to him.

Because of that bus driver, my bad impression toward most of them became less. If each of us could just smile to people around you (maybe not every single person :p) maybe you could make others happy just like what the driver did.

My secret admirer

Holloween concert!!!!

I have been busy with my performance, and practice at school these days because my bassoon recital (performance) is coming up in April 24 09 Friday at NOon.Nothing interesting these days except few days ago, a secret admirer sent me a cow postcard from Texas. I thought the card was meant for me (Silvia Tang). However, I think the postman sent it to the wrong girl who has the same first name as me, but different last name which is Chen. Well, doesn't matter if its' for Silvia Tang or Silvia Chen, I decided to keep this lovely postcard as my own, and wait for that secret admirer to show up at my recital. This card really made my day :p

PS: I have a dream~~~~~~~ I hope to see most of my cousins in April 24 09 at noon for my recital. I hope to see them smiling at me and applaud to show their love and support. I have a dream~~ a dream a dream that i wish my dream could come true. Amen...

my trip to Asia....PART I

Wow, how long have i abandoned my blog?
I guess, more than a month!
I'm actually quite blind right now, can't see anything because my contact has been totally destroyed due to the polluted water in Taiwan. Well.. that's talk about my trip to China first.
I went to Bejing this summer to visit my dad, and NO!
I wasn't there to watch the Olympic. It was very hot in Bejing.
I mean..SUPER HOT! As soon as i walked out of my house, i started to sweat.
China is huge! and i finally know why when i got there.

The road was three times bigger than what we have in Canada. Also, there were thousands of people walking on the street, pushing and touching. I could feel their wet skin, and I could even smell their stinky sweat when the hot wind blew right on my face. EWWW

China could be a beautiful country if it didn't have such a polluted enviroment, hot humid weather, and unfriendly people.

They weren't friendly to anyone or maybe they thought they were, but the way they talked make me feel like they were angry at me.
For example:
I wanted to buy a T-shirt for a cousin in Taiwan. I asked the seller, and he told me the prize 220 yen then he frowned and ignored me. I told him, this price was wayy too expensive, make it 20 yen. He was furious and was yelling at me and my mom. All righty~ we walked away. He yelled the price after us : "100? come on buy it! 70? no?? o right 50? o right o right 20 yen! Come back!" .....then i bought the shirt.

Also, people weren't very respected. They liked to be in the pic whenever i was trying to get a beautiful shot
However, I was still happy that i visited China. I had not only been to Bejing, I had also gone to Wuxi, Suzou, and YianZhou.
